I grew up in Shanghai, China and came here for study three years ago. I am a graduate of The Ohio State University and used to work as a counselor. Now I am a licensed social work in Texas. I have considerable experience tutoring students in Chinese both at here and in China. I can also help with Chinese culture and history, which I am obsessed with as well. During the process of English learning, I realize some skills and secrets of learning a whole new language, which I always love to share with people who need it. I believe that we all have our own learning styles. I like to know my students well and respect their learning styles and then personalize my approach for them. I make sure to keep lessons fun and engaging, so that the language is not just a language, but also an effective tool that can work for you.
