I have had over 5000 HOURS of successful and continuous private and contract tutoring experience in PSAT/SAT/ACT Math, Middle Grades Math, Pre-Algebra, Geometry, Algebra 1 and 2, Pre-Calculus, Trigonometry, High School Chemistry (Regular, PAP, AP, IB); and College Algebra, General Chemistry 1 and 2 and Organic Chemistry 1 and 2. Affectionately known as "Dr. Bruce", I will tutor any PLANO, FRISCO, ALLEN, McKINNEY, RICHARDSON, CARROLLTON OR NORTH DALLAS student based on their interests and needs but am particularly passionate about mentoring those who are on a pre-med, pre-pharmacy, pre-dentistry, or nursing track. As such, I am comfortable tutoring HS and COLLEGE MATH/CHEMISTRY students in ANY of the following situations: as-needed prior to subject-specific major unit or final course or other specialized (i.e., ACT or SAT) exams, on a regular basis during a semester or full school year, over the Summer when students must deal with fast-paced (i.e., 20 day) course instruction or desire a head start to gain the upper hand in advance of Fall courses, and for a continuing, long term association. Whatever the circumstances, I encourage my students to be regularly prepared with their needs and wants when we meet but, nevertheless, always bring in additional solid references resources, especially for those individuals who learn best through visual means, to add further clarity to our sessions. RATES: Individual and per-person group (2-4 persons) hourly rates will be provided at the time of contact.
